Yes. Every new client has a consultation with Teresa before any treatment. We’ll discuss your goals, go through your medical history and make sure the treatment is right for you. Prescription-only treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections also need a face-to-face assessment by a prescriber.
Anti-wrinkle treatments include a £30 prescriber fee, which covers your medical assessment and prescription. Any consultation charges for other treatments are confirmed when you book.
Often, yes, if the treatment is suitable and you feel ready to go ahead. If Teresa feels you’d benefit from more time to consider your options, she’ll recommend booking treatment separately.

Treatments & safety
Who treats you, the products we use and how we keep you safe.
Every treatment is carried out by Teresa, a Registered Nurse (NMC registered) and Independent Prescriber with a V300 level 7 qualification and specialist training in aesthetic medicine.
We use premium products from reputable UK suppliers. Prescription-only medicines are prescribed following a face-to-face assessment, in line with prescribing guidelines.
Some treatments aren’t suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions or medications. Your suitability is always checked at your consultation, and Teresa will tell you honestly if a treatment isn’t right for you.
That’s our priority. We take a conservative, tailored approach that enhances your features rather than changing them, and treatments can be built up gradually.
Teresa is a member of ACE Group World (Aesthetic Complications Expert), which supports practitioners in recognising and managing complications. If you have any concerns after treatment, contact us straight away.

Aftercare
Looking after your skin and your results after treatment.
Yes. You’ll receive aftercare advice specific to your treatment, explaining what to expect and how to get the best results.
Most treatments involve little or no downtime. Some redness, swelling or bruising can occur and usually settles within a few days. Teresa will explain what’s typical for your treatment before you go ahead.
This depends on the treatment. Your aftercare advice will tell you how long to wait before wearing make-up, exercising or having other treatments.
Please get in touch as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you have severe pain, changes in skin colour, problems with your vision or difficulty breathing, seek urgent medical help by calling 999 or NHS 111.
